The coating systems based on Smart Coating Technology use the self-organizing property of specially developed nano- or biopolymers to form functional layers in the nanometer range. They are characterized by high functionality and protection quality with freedom from chromium\/metal and nanoparticles. They are also free of toxins such as Trichlosan, As, Pb, Tl, Cd, Cr, Hg or halogens and also in compliance with the EU directives: EU End-of-Life Vehicles Directive (200\/53\/EC) and RoHS (2002\/95\/EC):<\/p>\n

The successfully established, water-based process produces an adhesion promoting covalently binding nanolayer in a simple coating process. This achieves comparable or better results than conventional chromating in the intensive acetic acid-assisted salt spray test. The adhesive effect can be optimally and easily adjusted to the paint used in each case. This means immense material and cost savings, optimum paint adhesion and high process reliability. OX25 Cleaner<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u2013 effective water-based chemical metal cleaning and activation \u2013<\/em><\/p>\n

The OX25 Cleaner is ideal for coating pretreatment or non-abrasive residue-free cleaning and activation of oxidic metals such as: Aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, zinc, nickel. The water-based solution has a strong degreasing and surface activating effect without lastingly damaging the protective oxide layer. The cleaning system has been specially optimised for industrial series production. Furthermore, the OX25 Cleaner is characterized by a high cleaning effect in combination with fast and simple process control.
